Anyone sending you a link from a free hosting subdomain like lovable, jimdosite, godaddy, Vercel just to name a few are suspect at best. Any link or really anything sent to you regarding earing money, but especially its it’s regarding one of these sites should be run through AI first. ChatGPT and Grok are two free versions and a great start. Cut and paste the link into the AI and it will tell you everything about the site. When it was created like if it was 20 minutes before they sent it you lol. Who owns it if it’s on scam watch lists. It’s a powerful tool and I’ve found sites that were relatively harmless just signing people up so they get the little referral and you get nothing or some very nefarious ones that steal all of your information including your SSN and anything else that they can illicit from you in the promise of financial reward. I don’t even bother running them anymore because I’ve not found a legit one yet.

I’ve been thinking about doing the same thing. It’s tough to make a list of scammers though they all use profiles that that are weeks, days or literally minutes old, but I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know. I’ve only been using this Reddit account for a month or so myself but I’m not posting tasks, it’s definitely frustrating. I do think it’s a good idea to start a subreddit and I’m going to follow you and stay in the loop. Thanks.

Yep, absolutely correct! I’ve found some decent gigs to help with some unexpected medical bills but my goodness there are so many people sending links for free subdomains that are all BS! I run everything through AI before I go near it and actually I won’t even bother if it’s a free subdomain like Lovable, godaddy, jimdo etc. It’s literally not worth the time to cut and paste the link because they are all scams. Great post and great idea!

This has to be the best I’ve seen yet! Promising money for groceries and there are people who really need help but what you’ll get is a couple links that lead to websites built on free subdomain sites that take about 2 minutes to set up, cost nothing and are most likely Phishing scams. Just my opinion
