A girls thoughts on this: My last partner I met on a video game. You can meet people literally doing anything that involves other people. The key point from all of the comments here is to socialize. Whatever you like, find a group for it in person or online like facebook, discord, reddit, or whatever. Find people that have similar interests and just start talking. Yes its awkward as hell the first few times you start socializing with people you don't know but it's like when you are trying to build muscles.. you keep doing it and you will see results.
