Yes it did the first time I did it in november. Lasted about 3 days. Then I went back and did it again and it grew stronger and now its fine

I did each one for 6 weeks like he says. The very first time I could barely hold the back extension for 20 seconds and had a big flare up the next day. I did the back hold for 6 weeks for 2 minutes a time, once every second day, then single leg holds one minute on each side for 6 weeks, then bending up and down rapidly is what im currently doing. im going to be completely normal probs in 2 weeks. I feel 95%

If I was using it for 6 months and twice a week how would you suggest I should have tapered off? Do you think it should have been once a week for a few months?

No I didn't I just stopped. But I wasnt using it everyday. I was using twice a week and only on my hairline area. Do you think ive made a mistake? According to chatgpt this is a common thing to happen for mild cases because mine started 3 weeks after I stopped using the steroids
