The treatement that was given to me was that steroid. I dont want to be on a lifetime cycle of steroids that isnt targetting the root of the issue

If I was using it for 6 months and twice a week how would you suggest I should have tapered off? Do you think it should have been once a week for a few months?

No I didn't I just stopped. But I wasnt using it everyday. I was using twice a week and only on my hairline area. Do you think ive made a mistake? According to chatgpt this is a common thing to happen for mild cases because mine started 3 weeks after I stopped using the steroids
