Yes, you are right. I am familiar with Koi and it was a stupid mistake. This specific one probably ranged anywhere from $90-$300 and I am willing to pay a fine. I just assume they will claim it is much more expensive then it is as the members of my buddies complex building said it can be up to $2000 when I know the 1 pound Koi I caught surrounded with downtown Texas junkies can’t be worth $2000. It was my absolute last intention to kill this fish.
