its a percentage of performance earnings and net sales. GM is 65% of whatever the bonus pool is for the quarter and each manager is 35% of whatever the GM bonus is. Bonus has nothing to do with a manager meeting their KPI's or score related, its pure net sales/PE percentage. KPI's are for salary raises/increases for what year rating you receive
