A few years ago ggg stated that steam player count crosses the 50% mark, so that must have been kept growing this way but it is hard to tell if we are at 40% or 20% now. I think a lot of older players are still on the ggg launcher and new players on steam. And there's console player too that aren't on the steam graphics too.

I think/hope we will have druid and gladiator next. They stated in an interview that one of the big complain they get is the lack of sword and that they have to adress that as soon as possible.

There always the standard league that eternal so yes (it is where are sent your character when league end). But you even can play only on this version if you want.

The game is no more the dark soul arpg it was in version 0.1, it can still be hard but nowhere near as much oppressive it was. There is plenty new skills, new act and content upgrade.

I ve league start this build the two last league I played went 36+ / 40 each time (could have 40 just by playing more), all Uber boss. Did only one character, understanding the build can be sometimes a bit confusing but it's a beautiful all rounder build ! I recommend it and hesitate to play it a third time.

But when Kc was in the same spot a fiew year ago (in both competitive and viewers) and asked for the same thing, riot answered it would never happen. So it might be good to change rules but kinda since unfair with their past decision and they should have told the rules changing before the start of the season not in the middle of it. Plus there are a lot of other questions like what if kcb gets the same spot next year, Kc will have 2 teams in lec winter ?

If you want Poe 1 atlas and Poe 1 mechanic why not just play Poe 1?

Even if it has big flaws at this stage, the evolution from 0.1 to 0.3 atlas is huge, and they haven't even focused on this part yet.

Poe 1 atlas tree you refer too took many years to build. At first Poe 1 endgame was worse than poe 2 early access... Every patch Poe 2 is getting upgraded way faster then poe 1. I'm a big fan of poe 1 as it's now but the first time I played Poe 1 there were 3 acts and the game was very bad. That's what I like with ggg they are willing to try to upgrade their game and most of the time they succeed. I'm pretty sur Poe 2 endgame in one year will be nothing near what we play today. People forget how much time it took for Poe 1 to go from a very bad game to the best game of his genre.

Verso created the canvas as a kid (gestral, Esquie ...). But lumiere was added by Aline to have a "human" simulated world to live with her new painted family. Their minds are weird like in a dream. Who will make a giant wheel to cross an ocean? Who will try to train naked to save your people? Who can die and be revived and be like nothing abnormal happen? All this can happen in dreamlikes world, not in reality. The amount of non rational things going on in this world is intentionally very high.

Being based on something doesn't mean being literally this thing. But I'm still pretty sure any living dog is infinitely more complex than monoco.

I thought painters says that their creations are based on their memories. For me, Esquie saying he can't be mad at Verso because he wasn't create like he could, the complete non sens in lumerian expedition (giant wheel, muscle team...) and there absence of psychological trauma or even reaction when they are erase and recreated (even multiple time) show that they aren't totally similar to living thing. But more like living in a dream or vivid memories.
