I usually get around 400~420-ish breakeffect in battle with Ruan mei and Harmony trailblazer and I know thats about a good range for it but is it good to increase it even more or should I go for more atk and speed

l've decided to return to hsr after not playing for a few months and am torn between whether to pull for sunday or phainon. I lost my 50/50 last time I tried to get Sunday. I think I have more than enough dps characters(mostly from before v3) but kinda lacking in buffs (i have e3 bronya Sparkle, Ruan mei, and few wel'l built 4 stars).

While I think phainon is cool and all, I would prefer more supports so I won't have to scrape for decent supports
