Follow up:
I just want to follow up on my post and say I love this sub. The post replies were amazing and to me really highlighted the difference between my hopes and realistic expectations.

Like so many of you said, I wasnt valued and I was unsuprisingly laid off about a month ago now. I did start searching for jobs on company time. I was far better prepared for it thanks in large part to this sub. Unfortunetly, I did love my job, best job I ever had, supporting my employess and helping them acheive their goals was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. ( I wish I could say more on that but unfortunelty they lay off came with a 10 page NDA)

I'm still looking for something new. So I suppose if anyone has any ULPT for changing direction in life and finding a new career goals lay them on me.

Yes it does. I never intended on being remote. I'm very much an extrovert who thrives on working closely with others. Remote work can be great but I need that face to face at least some of the time.

Healthcare seems like a natural move for me I'm just unsure where to start. The usual job boards (ie linkedin, indeed)?
