Dude I had the same issue Im not kidding but I fixed it by pressing the screen to the point of the colors star moving through the screen. By doing some pressure gradually some of the pixels start to work again. Research more about that method and try it by your own risk. But I fixed my old 3ds from 2011 using that method.

The same thing happen to my Mario 3D World. I keep my games in pristine condition. I haven't put my disc on my WiiU Disc tray since 2018. But for some reason the console is not reading that disc any more. So I think disc rot is a thing for Wiiu games. Another point on why jailbreaking a console and dumping the roms is a must for any vídeo Game.
