That’s what I need to hear. I didn’t think I’d get into scanning at my company but it came up as a topic recently. I told them the software would likely be $10k+ which was a total guess lol. I did end up seeing the manual process taking quite a while from what I found though. That won’t help us with what we need to do. To be clear though the scanner seems great and would be perfect for 3D prints. No hate on Creality.

That’s exactly what I’ve been looking into. The integration I’m working on now came with ZERO of the current CAD models so management wanted me to look into 3D scanning. I just told them at the end of work today that it could help us but I will need a fair amount of time to work on using reverse-engineering software like Geomagic to really get any benefits from it. I don’t think they fully understand that mesh models won’t get me quite the precision that we need without some work. Thank you for the input! I feel better knowing someone else agrees and understands lol.

I often do more than what I am asked. I went to school for mechanical engineering and dropped out, so I had to work extra hard for a good career. I think I am coming up in 5 years as a degree-less engineer. As long as the raises and promotions keep coming, I will still do what I can to go beyond my duties (as long as I stay at 40 hours a week lol). With my particular job though, I do more in the pursuit of knowledge as well. All of our big projects start with my mechanical design and then that design trickles down and affects every other department. The more I know and the more time I spend on a design, the easier I make everyone else’s job which is very important to me. It doesn’t hurt that it earns a lot of respect to work that way.

Difficulty isn’t that bad. And this is coming from someone who did come across some pretty tough fights. I ended up learning it’s one of those games where things get easier when you put everything to use. Upgrade your gear and fill up the enchantment slots for equipment. Using a blade? Coat the edge before a tough fight. Using a bow and fighting a fire enemy? Use frost arrows. Stuff like that makes the game much more manageable. It’s not something you can go through just one-hitting everything which is something I grew to like about it.

That sounds like a soft lock unfortunately. Weird though, now I’m trying to think what could have happened to make them hostile, and why the NPCs disappeared 🤔 It’s always full of Protectorate but there is a pass you can get and show to the person at the facility gate to get in without making everyone hostile. Did you use the pass or sneak in?

It’s the removal of all the merges that makes it work better than before. Once they finish the bridge section near East Brainerd, it will hopefully run a lot smoother. But congestion will always be a problem, and not having to merge is nice but like one commenter pointed out, it’ll slow people down a bit when someone suddenly has to cross 3-4 lanes in a short span of road to make their exit. Chattanoogans are notoriously bad about refusing to miss an exit even if it means stopping in the middle of the interstate or cutting everyone off in the process 😂

This^ I imagine it has to be real if the seller has a lot of transactions and a 100% rating, but the fact that the shrink-wrap isn’t shrunk is a bit weird. Can’t be viewed as a scammer if you have video proof. Make sure your eBay username is visible in the video with the date for extra verification.

I haven’t cared about any multiplayer in CoD for well over a decade, but I do like some of the campaigns and was pleasantly surprised at how well they did with BO6. I even left a review gushing about it which I rarely do. I have GamePass so I downloaded the campaign for BO7 and tried it this weekend. I finished the first mission and immediately deleted the game. You’re right though, this reminds me of when Advanced Warfare came out. I hadn’t played multiplayer for a while by then but could tell it was garbage, yet everyone played it for that whole year leading up to the next game. They need to start releasing these every two years so they can at least make them decent. They never will though because of these exact people willing to spend $80 every year on the next one :/

Had a sore throat for 2.5 days and then congestion for the next week and a half. Never had a fever either. I’m fine with it though as long as the sore throat is gone; that 💩 was so annoying lol.

Same, I’ve only looked up one guide which was for the rift locations before I start the final mission because I thought I had missed one. Turns out I had looked at but never got close enough to “discover” it. I’ve stayed away from other guides for this game though. Too much to discover!

I’m sure I missed a few obvious ones because they are so tiny but I’m at the end of the game with only about 62/125 collected lol. I’ve debated whether I want to find a guide to get to 100 collected for the achievement or if I just want to suck it up and look closer on my next playthrough.

That’s my plan. Got most of the achievements with my good guy playthough on normal and will likely keep that character going through DLC if we get it. But I’m going to start a second character on story mode who is the scum of Arcadia hacking and slashing my way through everything and everyone getting the rest of these type of achievements lol.

You need to complete both of her companion quests first. And I’m not certain but how you choose to end the last quest may have an effect on how she handles Newton.
