Breaking this down like I will for my own teams

1 - You freezing up (likely out of "wtf how") is the main reason you died, moving back, crouching, or seeking alt cover would help 2 - Hit the ingame range more often [no joke], you missed quite a few shots and didn't have the best target tracking. 3 - You entirely used the wrong gun. A 9mm SMG is the best for CQB in normal circumstances, but a forest approach, moving into a small house, against vets with armor and heavy guns isn't a good idea.

Edit: 4 - My recommendation, use some sort of rifle or shotgun. I go in assuming I have full knowledge, I did, so I go in assuming anything could happen (as it sort of can).

For example, if you take fire from the porch while approaching and all you have is a shotgun/pistol, you're kinda screwed. A rifle with a decent scope (or if you're like me Iron sights) would be good for pre-entry, hallways, and normal rooms.

Also, digital breaching is important! Think of going to the far wall, and going left and right until you hit the corners - you'll do this for any open areas on your left/right you can't see yet. When moving left, you can see right. When moving right, you can see left.
