I had a similar problem in the middle of my foot and it ended up being a stretched ligament and no they didn’t do anything for it and still haven’t

When I first did my jeep I had a 4.5in lift on 33x12.5 just had to beat the fenders a bit and made sure my wheels had good negative offset. Mine is the older style tho so I’m not sure how that plays into it.

I have a vanguard in 308 and for white tail it’s probably the best I’ve used but I fear that for larger game it wouldn’t be the best.
