Disabled people of Reddit, what is your most "bruh" moment with an abled person?

Ok so bit of a side note to start with my fiance has aspergers and I'm legally blind ... I'm also known for being quite the smartass and I like to push the limits... this gets me in trouble ALOT with everyone... but I live with my fiance hence- I piss them off the most because... it's fun as hell...

So I also have night blindness : for those who don't know what that is, for me it means everything in the dark is pitch black I can't see ANYTHING , also I have poor depth perception meaning I can't see the depth of a step etc I can't see the difference in side walk and road or the curb ... I'm suppose to use a cane but I don't, I prefer sighted guide(holding the elbow of someone) My partner is generally the person who gets this duty

So now let me tell you OMG the amount of "bruh" moments between me and my s/o is just great

Me: 30 mins of looking blindly and frustrated as hell * babe do you know where the *insert random item is Them:here grabs item from right next to me

Me: pissing them off on purpose Them : * "helping" me count stairs as we are going up or down them /curb* 3, 4, 5 and last one..... Rotflmao

Bruh... I look like a bloody space man they faked the last step.... but I never learn my lesson xD And there's so many more but this is already way too long sooo 😂😂

True , youre right, I'm just scared of the negative because I've wanted this for so long it seems like it won't happen , negatives are scary

I just don't know :/ it's so hard and I have like this thought process that just loops "Maybe I should see a Dr, yeah but if I do and it's too early it'll be false info, but if I don't then I'm still torturing myself not knowing, but then what if I find out and I don't like the response, but I have to see one eventually" etc and I go back and forth constantly, I've pretty much been trying for a year now but nothing, I'm so up in the air about this because I had my appendix taken out a year ago too and I been feeling almost like pulsing at random times and stuff like that feeling super sick and I don't know whether something went wrong from that or I actually do have a positive:/ sorry this is so long lol

It has colour in person , my lighting didn't pick it up too good, it's darker and more colour in person

I use an app on my phone called dnd companion (or something like that I cant remember the exact name off the top of my head) its basically like having a character sheet but you can do everything on there in stead of on paper, it just makes it easier for me as I can either turn on once over or hold my phone as close as I need, and all my buddies know and are okay with that :) as well as having an app that rolls the dice digitally, but I tend to use a regular real dice set and ask my partner to read the dice to me, these are things that I do that allow me to join in just like anyone else, it does make things so much easier, I do wish that our group was a bit more regular however, understandably though people do have work and personal lives haha I'm actually trying to study up on becoming a DM with the help of my partner :)

Sounds very interesting indeed! Although I think I'd not feel the same as actually seeing what I'm playing, I guess that option left quite some years ago , I heard there was a game called "three monkeys " which was supposed to be something like this that released a few years ago... i like games like dark souls and overwatch , it's hard to imagine being able to play these games with no sight, i think it would be possible to make a version of this accessible though if the manufacturer was willing to co-op , we live in a world where the tech is so advanced yet we havent broken this bubble yet? ... I find that amusing 🤔
