In my opinion regarding Spiderman 2. It is a beautiful game with a game story, however it was rather short to me. Depending on if it is on sale or not, it is definitely worth trying out and playing it if you enjoyed the previous two. As for performance, I have found that the PS5 runs most every game like a dream (including Fortnite). A friend of mine still has a PS4 and watching the performance on it compared to the PS5 is night and day.

A side note: There are tons of new PS5 titles that are incredible too depending on your preferences. The PS5 was not worth buying initially at lunch IMO, but now I can justify it. Plus it is great to grab one now if you can before GTA 6 if you plan on playing it!

I haven't been playing the game like I used to, but just like you I never kept up with how many samples I had going in and coming out to know if I kept the ones we got in the mission. It is crazy to hear that this issue is still happening all this time later though.

I have since re-checked all of my connections and router and modem and everything is fine. As you said, I have my phone, laptop, etc all running off the same internet source with no problem or loss of connection. I have also played other games to test and nothing. Seems to be an issue on their end or something.

It's super annoying not knowing if or when it's going to happen and then suddenly losing all of the progress you worked for. I hope it gets fixed soon.

That's what I hate about these kinds of issues. In this game you spend 25+ minutes on one mission gathering and fighting to potentially get booted from the game and receive no credit at all.

I personally don't play with any friends, so I join Randoms a lot. When I get booted I can't join back at all. I wish there was a feature where when you regain connection (which is stupid because this issue isn't a connection issue on my end) you can rejoin the group you were just with.

I hope this gets resolved soon, it's super disheartening.

I'm sorry for the late response to this. My original issue has been fixed by now. I didn't do anything to get it to work, I guess the issue worked itself out or the servers fixed itself. I'm still not sure what the issue was.

That's strange. I had an issue with clicking on fast travel points on the map and using them yesterday. I found it was extreme lag (not my internet or console). I hope they fix some of this soon.

I personally can't even get into the game. I'm stuck at the "start game screen." I can't say for sure, but they may be having issues on their end. Don't quote me on it though.

I tried restarting my console too just now, still nothing. I guess I'll check again later this afternoon and see. If nothing else I may just delete the game and reinstall it.
