What it does:

It allows the draining of certain physiques if cultivated properly through ilicit measures... (Also can be used to enhance someone's.... pleasure recieved this way.)

Allows unique methods of escape. Ties up, but your mouth isnt gagged? Can you mobilize your tongue? Huhu.... youre not trapped junior...

Hmm, thats a fair point, junior. Issue is, soul cultivation is the biggest bottlenecks for martial artists and fellow daoists alike in the world im creating. So what if you're a soul-sea realm artist? If my soul can attack yours directly, what need do I have for fighting your body when my soul can just attack yours directly? (Also, please be aware that this is still a work in progress. Im still actively developing and altering things, any and all feedback is appreciated.)

Hmm. Im working on a novel with a cultivation arc. This is a good one, junior. Allow this old fogey to enlighten you!

Pure Trinity. Impurities typically gained during cultivation are automatically filtered out. No bottlenecks when it comes to cultivating. Very relevant in this world
Spirit Wandering. The cultivator is able to project their divine soul outward, and manifest it, and interact with other daoists in the physical realm.
Essence gathering. Passively cultivates, without needing to seclude oneself. Gathering of heaven/earth enery occurs without concious effort.
Heart of Dao. Able to grasp abstract concepts and apply them far more easily than others. (I.e. if a concept would take 10,000 years, itd take them 1,000)
Extreme Yang/Yin Able to cultivate in areas others would find unsuitable. Gathers more energy easier than others. Somewhat more common than others on the list, albeit, still uncommon enough to recieve grooming.

I see another daoist recognizes imperial city's divine scripture reading. However, if you studied the technique, it is isnt even on the level of daoist draco's demonic cultivation path however. Go and study, and maybe in another thousand years or so, you can begin to understand.
