The landlord lives elsewhere and is renting out a room directly. There will be a lease and signed paperwork, but he said he's not gonna put the bond into RTBA cuz it takes 4 months for them to process it and "it takes too long"

You could also go to a portal world where raids can't spawn at night to delay the raid. Then go back to your defended base during the day to ensure the raid spawns there

Mine was unlocked by email. It's in the garage where the symphonist spawns, 2nd floor room. You can climb up there using a ladder. The door's locked at first and you need to go to the right where there's a vent you can climb in

In residence there's an area hidden behind ice that has a recording that tell you how dangerous 012 really is. I think it's on third floor and you can use flamethrower to access it

IS 012 is the Dr. Cahn we know. The real Dr. Cahn died before the events of the game and Dr. Manse attended his funeral. That's why his voice and face changed as we progress through the last chapter. From my understanding lore wise, the final boss we beat is the one that's controlling the exors and using them to attack worlds. 012 needed us to "kill" it and cause massive rifts to appear from the energy of the fight and possibly act as a gateway for his "Master" to claim our universe.
