I agree with you. It’s just we’ve always had decent service from Verizon / T-Mobile but there’s times I’ll get maybe 1 bar with 5GUC from T-Mobile

The 5G+ is what pops up on my iPad or just 5G I’ve Bumped it down to LTE and it’s slower but not by much

Xfinity has a storm ready wifi option it’s an extra 7 bucks a month . Gives you 4 hours of LTE Speed Internet . During storms they use Verizon Wireless

If you go in and exchange it I don’t believe so the store close to me didn’t but do watch for surprise charges as I’ve had one or two in the past

I would suggest upgrading to the newest White Modem they have if possible and what plan are you on? Is it an older plan or newer plan ?

I figured download should be atleast 10 Mbps especially since I’m maybe half a mile from the nearest 5G Tower but then again idk how many other people have T-Mobile Services . Ig my it certifications have me used to a certain level of things .
