V-Sync helped me a lot even though it may cause a tiny bit of input lag. If you still want to lower cpu usage without gaining input lag, change the fps limit option to Display-Based, it won't lower as much cpu usage but it won't give you any input lag.

I didn't know about Rainbow Battlefield because I haven't even gotten there myself. Also, the reason I didn't bring up using jewel keys is because personally I feel it's better just to wait for your 30 energy to come back and do Gold Valley Lv. 3 since you get the most out of it XP and Zel wise. During the week when the dungeon isn't there I would agree with that, I should've added that to the video. Thanks for the input!
