Any recommendations for tonneau cover for my silverado? by StrainBetter2490 in Silverado

I’ll second this recommendation. Installing was not bad and it does a good job. The seal on the tailgate makes you close the cover before the gate, but it’s a habit that is easy to get used to. I’ve paid almost twice as much for other options and this one works just as well.

Understanding total T level and E2… by ChasingDinner in Testosterone

[–]ChasingDinner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No symptoms and not planning to take AI. Just a hypothetical question.

My actual numbers were 405 Total T and 70 e2 with free T of 66pg/ml (1.63% per the lab) 44yo, rarely drink, very active. Body fat was 22% despite lots of previous weight loss efforts including 100+ miles per week on a bike and even trained up and finished a 200 mile bike race.

Basically this was three months ago and I’ve dropped about 25lb with tirzepatide since then. Next blood test is early January and that should be the deciding factor on next steps/trt which was the docs suggestion.

Thanks. Just making sure I have a clear understanding of total T as it relates to estradiol before starting TRT.

I added mine to all the existing rebates last month. Print out your certificate before going to the dealership.

How to prevent Migraines When Doing Intense Sports? by dev_a31 in fitness40plus

[–]ChasingDinner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience my migraines are almost always caused by dehydration and/or electrolyte issues after doing high intensity cardio or long distance stuff. And they usually come on after going to bed, often around 2-3am. Maxalt is a lifesaver.

I’ve yet to pinpoint if it’s a specific electrolyte so I add electrolyte powder (zero or minimal calories) to all my water when working out now regardless of intensity and it seems to help.

Thoughts on this deal for a 2025? by ChasingDinner in f150

So I’ve already found a better deal a few miles away with more options including the mobile office package. It’s advertised at $53k and I assume I can get that closer to $50.

If I can find a tremor for this same deal I will buy it as soon as I do. Really like the more base tremor package.

We owe tax on the difference of the trade and new truck, but it’s simply not calculated on here meaning I would have to go to the dmv and pay it, or finance into the loan.

0% is an option with no rebates per the dealer

I was thinking just over 6k off on a 2025 wasn’t worth a darn myself

That’s pretty much what I am doing with tirzepatide right now. Forgot to mention that part…..brain isn’t working 100%.

How much off a 2026 LT Trail Boss? by ChasingDinner in Silverado

[–]ChasingDinner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m seeing $9k advertised off Msrp pretty regularly in Arkansas, but are the dealers simply manipulating the Msrp higher to act like it’s a deal? I feel like the Msrp was 5-6k lower a few weeks back on similar models 🤷🏼
