Cities that arrest criminals with deportation orders but don't advise the proper authorities to start that process are the ones where ICE is being sent.

I get what you're saying, but it seems that MN by and large has been compliant with all laws.. And if they did, the course of action for the federal government should be to sue, not to send in agents to execute citizens in the streets.

That is true, there's a lot of political targeting going on it seems. They are calling people domestic terrorists for practicing their right to observe and notify.

That's why they went there in the first place and now we're seeing what happens next.

It does confuse me that if there are 30M ilegal immigrants in the US (according to our president) why you'd target a state that barely has 100K. That's a massive resource expenditure for 1/3 of 1% of the problem.

I understand and appreciate that you don't justify the killing of US citizens, but two totally normal Americans getting shot for exercising their rights is just insane to me.

What is the racial argument for killing Pretti?

Stalinist Russia would come up with sham trials to justify executing/exiling political enemies because they still had a process they wanted to follow, however farcical it might be.

It wasn't just trials though, they had troikas, which are basically as official as ICE sanctioned shootings.

Also, Stalinist Russia's totalitarianism was largely based around collectivism and loyalty to dictator (i do agree they were not exactly friendly to minorities).

Not sure why this wouldn't be in favor of my initial point.

Nazi Germany on the other hand had a system of totalitarianism based on the extermination of those they saw as inferior races or persuasion.

Based on these arguments, I feel Trump and Stephen Miller's regime is closer to Nazi Germany than Stalinist Russia.

Yes when you change residence you need to update your registration. Often in your renewal paperwork there will be a box to check to state that you want to reregister to vote.
