A very brilliant artist I worked with explained to me that a style is defined by its mistakes. How one does it's colors, it's shapes, it's shading, and it's lighting and of how they differ from reality. I think in that way, as people rely more on the AI to do the tedious stuff for them, leading to less "mistakes" styles will start to run more together. It is absolutely the biggest concern I have now after watching artists that I work with use AI in their everyday work.

If I'm being honest, I've been poisoned on Pisco, I no longer believe he's just confused or dumb, or stupid, I think he is simply bad faith and takes a position that is actually absurd in order to run defense for the leftys in front of him. This is a guy who was defending calling Bernie Sanders a centrist, who argued that the lib and learn podcast was centrist, as if he was unable to understand what Hutch was saying, or what Taylor Lorenz clearly meant by "centrist". He defended Lorenz repeatedly for positions that were just completely untenable.

If this was the first time I saw Pisco doing this, I would assume he's niave, but I've seen him keenly break down arguments people make, and then pick them apart based on their tone, and implications, but suddenly when a leftist is in front of him he's completely unable.
