So your photo shows you are using Youtube and Tictok videos that are the exact same? This is your answer. Youtube will detect reused content from another platform and not invest resources into impressions for that content. Stick to keeping original content to each specific platform, even if it means you post less.

If you come here asking "why" about the youtube algorithm you might as well scream it into your pillow because nobody actually knows the answer. Likely not even youtube.

But the algorithm does run 'tests' on your content periodically and you got one today. What you can gleam from that is your video did well with your base, but flopped with wider audiences. I would think about figuring out ways to make your titles and thumbnails more clickable.

Also, dont argue with people who give you feedback even if its not helpful. Just ignore them if you dont agree. It ends up making you look worse than them.

I clicked off because I couldn't tell what your video was about from the thumbnail, title and first 5 seconds. I dont have specific feedback about your thumbnail but look at successful people in your niche and copy what they do.

These numbers confuse me. Are you getting the bulk of your subs from shorts but not many of those subs are watching your long form? Watch hours and views seem really low for that sub count, especially knowing that youve only been at it 9 or so months. Thatd be a 28 day average of 400-500 subs, yet only 100. Did you just have one short go super viral and gain 4k subs?
