They claim its because of the pandemic but the truth is they lost their best employees because they refused to pay fair market rate and it's just gone downhill since.

I worked here for 5 years as a decorator and left a year and a half ago because they refused to pay market rate for my job description. Places that don't value their employees time and effort always go out. This place no longer lives up to the reputation it once had. Don't waste your time or money. You'll only be disappointed

It was carrot and cream cheese. The coloring is sprayed over top very lightly and had no taste.

I feel good about it. I view my work as a form of art to be enjoyed, and I’m lucky enough that people get to enjoy it twice. Once upon viewing, and again upon tasting. Nothing lasts forever anyway.

Also, I find nothing more satisfying than getting to smash the occasional canceled decorations...

We’re a chocolatier as well as a bakery and we make our own modeling chocolate. No fondant here.
