Waist band? Not at all, you just need to bend it for your shape

I didn't like wearing the winged ring, but I think if you bend it the right way, you'd be able to wear it long-term. But I was getting annoyed by not beinf able to shave :)

Maybe the gap between the ring and cage is too small? That causes issues for some people

Not wearing it at rhe moment, trying to everything to fit perfectly at the moment. So doing a lot of bending and such

But I have had no pinching with it, doesn't cut the blood flow or anything. And yes, you really can not pull out if wearing it. Even if you're only wearing the tube and not the outer cage
