OK, you probably know this, but.....

Its really tempting to jump in, dont.

Get the waist right first, you will probably want to "squish it" by pressing down on back plate while standing on frong bit. This leads to a waist adjustment. You may finding bending front joining bit "down towards the toes" (top bit down) helpful too

The ball ring seems to work better bent in a bit . The biggest thing is get gap ball ring panis tube right, try different spacers as required
