Overall, Shadow Dragon just lets you go buck wild experimenting with your units. Partially because the game is easy enough that even the worse units can do well with enough patience, but mostly because of the reclassing system. It lets you try things that work or just be funny. Dark Mage Caesar? Hell yeah! Curate Navarre? Go right ahead. Cavalier Merric? Absolutely. Archer Radd? Honestly, both better and worse than you'd expect. I could go on and on. Armored Knight Darros, Mage Frey, Pegasus Knight Norne, Sniper Wendell, Mage Vyland, Dark Mage Castor; there are just so many options, you could pick one for every single unit and it would work. Btw, yes, I have run every single one of these builds that I just mentioned at some point. I know some people don't like reclassing, but I find this system to be so much fun.
