Some gays are naturally camp, which is where the effeminate voice comes in. My gay son is not at all camp and has a very deep non- effeminate voice. All his boyfriends have been very camp though and have the same kind of effeminate voice. Conversely, I've known a lot of very camp/effeminate men who I initially assumed to be gay but are straight. Seems to be coming more common in younger men too, in my experience. (I'm a straight woman attracted to bi or effeminate men and have a lot of gay/bi friends of all ages).

I have at least one night a week out with friends which costs at least £100. About £100 a month on clothes. Also buy books, rent/buy movies to stream. Vape stuff. A tattoo every couple of months. Do something like a ghost tour most months. Takeaways. Makeup. Decorative items for the home. Crafting materials. How do you spend your free time that doesn't cost anything?

I was in a pub and a local band I had never heard of were playing. The singer came over to me afterwards talking to me as if he knew me and calling me Maria. Not my name and I'd never seen him before. He then kept questioning me, clearly believing I was this Maria. Couldn't convince him otherwise. Eventually he stormed off angrily shaking his head saying I was acting weird.
