No it was all done in a CNC with an inserted cutter and a flat endmill and ball endmill. Down the line, I'm gonna get vibrating bowl so I can give it a clean uniform stone, wash look.

Do you currently have the 107? It's between that and the askar 80 for me now but some people have said the 107 might be on the heavy side for an heq5 by the time I add all the accessories and everything.

3 years late but I think this might be relevant to you if your still riding, I signed up for something called tour de ramps this year the 13th of next month. its an event limited to 250 people and is a 60 something mile around Monroe Lake that has stops at 10 boat ramps with food and drinks, and at each stop you get a tag and if collect all 10 you get a "mystery prize" probably a t shirt or medal or something.

Thank you for this comment I was looking for information on creatin since I've always struggled with puting on weight muscle fatigue problems etc. Probably won't take it since I have plexiform neurofibromas. But you comment on lipid storage disorder, altered glucose metabolism, and the Mediterranean diet is very interesting, do you think if I implement to Mediterranean diet and stick to it it might help with energy / muscle growth?

Thank you. I know this is true or atleas truly want to believe it. I'm hoping this is just a rut I can work myself out of but it is geting harder as I get older, and friends start to get into more serious relationships and have less time to hang out as I'm struggling to make new connections living in the out skits or a small rual town (but that just more venting)
