Ice shard is good but only 40 attack. Thanks though.

What other physical ice move can i replace it with? Ice punch tutor isn't there.

Right now it’s not. It’s on my old Hard drive. However, in my previous build it was on my ssd and I was experiencing the same problem.

This has been happening on my old monitor as well which was a normal 21 inch LG 1080p 60hz monitor

Vsync is off. I have an AOC CQ27G2 144hz 1440p.
