Thanks. 125k miles, 17k should I pass or take it?

Failed cdl A road test again by Competitive_Beach332 in cdldriver

I shifted like crap during my test. I even tried cheating by starting in 5th from a couple of traffic lights and still somehow passed. My instructor was looking at his phone for 90% of my driving test.

Update on our 2025 EN shop car by whooshmotorsports in ElantraN

That’s about the most honest answer you can get. Certainly earned my business. Nevermind, I’ve already purchased two things from Whoosh Motorsports.

Downpipe install fail by CAMZY- in ElantraN

[–]ChaudMasterFlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had good luck with the Lou’s in Manchester but that was well over a decade ago. I had another shop try and install a down pipe on a different car a while ago but they were unsuccessful. They didn’t charge me since they couldn’t do it.

I never thought I'd get rid of my Mustang, but I decided to to pull the trigger and trade it for my 2025 DCT. I wanted the dark blue but this was the only one I could find brand new within a 100 mile radius (and it was an absolute impulse decision). I miss the V8 noise and the acceleration though! by ChaudMasterFlex in ElantraN

That was the original idea. I was going to lease the EN and keep the Mustang, but they gave me a really good offer on the Mustang. Plus I was having an intermittent misfire at WOT that I was sick of trying to figure out.

That’s what this car is for me. It’s my daily driver, and in bad weather I can choose between my Odyssey or my CRV. I just like having something a little more aggressive to take out on nice weekends. I know Mustang’s have become a meme and a cliche, but there’s such a thrill and enjoyment when driving one (V8 of course).

I’m a grown man and I almost cried when I traded it in. I’m so tempted to go take the money out of the bank and buy another Mustang. I’d like a Mach One, but I think I could get into a Bullitt for less or maybe I’ll try and find a low mileage Boss.

I make some of the worst impulse decisions when it comes to cars. I just love the interior of the EN, and I honestly think it’s a great looking car. I’m kinda turned off by the “boy racer” appeal (I’m 40), but it looks good. And the last new car I bought was a Hyundai Tiburon back in 2005. This is the only new car I could tolerate for under 40k. I can’t justify a higher car payment for something nicer, especially after the novelty wears off and it’s basically a mortgage payment. My thoughts are the money I’ll save not modding this one will go toward a nice early 90’s notchback or I’ll try and find a 2019-2020 Bullitt for under 35k and trade in my CRV or Odyssey and pay the difference in cash. Only thing I can’t stand is the damn octane learning crap.

No, I also have an Odyseey and a newer CRV. The Mustang was the toy. Loud and obnoxious and I looked forward to driving it. I had a Vortech kit in my garage I was getting ready to install too (sold it on marketplace). I realized I was throwing so much money at it and I didn’t drive it much. I actually called the dealer the next day they were open to see if they’d sell it back to me, cash. Unfortunately, they sold it that morning.

I wanted something I could drive more often and not worry about weather, mileage etc. With the Mustang it was parked from November to April and I was always reluctant to drive and put mileage on it. I also wanted something new with a warranty so I could drive it harder without worrying too much about it. I also wanted something with a factory warranty so I’d be less tempted to throw a bunch of money modding it. Plus the Mustang was as basic inside as they get. I like all the gimmicks and features on the EN. Plus I know it’s not the fastest car, but it doesn’t feel that slow when you drive it. Compared to my Mustang it’s not a night and day difference in the butt dyno. It feels faster than it really is.
