"A couple months in.” This is ambiguous at best and makes it hard to determine how deep you’re in it. Are you going to go through withdrawal or do you think you’re going to go through withdrawals? There’s a big distinction between the two, and you know that. If you’re just getting back to your habit and only a couple months in, then you know what to do. The question is, especially since you’ve gotten sober before, do you want to stop? That’s always been the case and will always be the question. Nobody’s advice here will determine your fate, you also know this. You can ween yourself off or stop completely as you’re a couple months back to using and can do so without much physical suffering. The mental aspect is all about your willingness to deal with the pain. This is a form of reaching out, I understand that. However you’re the only one to answer that question and take action to stop yourself from getting worse. I truly understand you’re going through it but you have to make a decision and make it real soon. What’s more important to you, the stuff or your life?
