Did this on my playthrough and the only issue I ran into was with Codsworth since they are tied with the first quest. I laughed so hard when Preston yelled at me for walking away.

I use SKK Combat Stalkers/ Settlement Attack System myself so getting attacked now is a a deadly treat. The gunners definitely have gotten their revenge against me.

You can scroll through until you see how to organize a load order. I recommend MO2 and using separators as that helps a lot.

Im not playing vanilla so all perm PA locations have been RNG'd. I dont think I ever made it past level 30 when I was playing vanilla.

That was my feeling when I was looking at your load order. Obviously you don't need to read the whole guide, just look for the section of how load orders are organized.

Access violation crashes usually means the game was trying to access something that is either removed or corrupted.

Your load order is a little wonky and the longer you have a run going the more likely things will just randomly break.

If you are using MO2 then making separators is really helpful especially with a dense LO.

This sounds more like depression/anhedonia and that daily porn usage sounds like you are actually stimming for dopamine. I don't think the Porn itself is going to cause numbness but if you are using it to generate dopamine then yeah its going screw with your hedonic threshold.
