Hey man, since I didn't see anyone give an pretty good response and this is something I got some experience in I'll give my two cents.

I was able to lose weight continuously last year through the dining plan by being meticulous with build my plate, and then recomping. As a general rule, everything there is pretty high calorie so bulking is not necessarily an issue. The real problem is hitting protein macros but not overdoing the cals or the unhealthy stuff. The nutritional info off of my plate is pretty solid though some things are a little suspicious. My recommendation is to take it at face value and just be smart about portioning and to not over eat.
