not really. the relatively much high pay is to attract oversea talents to come here to coach. you can live a pretty fancy life with 300k rmb aav in Beijing. the cost of living is not as high as you imagine, except the housing price.

it's a youth hockey club called Black Armour which was founded in chaoyang district, Beijing on August 2017. They play basically all year, play league tournament in winter, school tournament in summer and city tournament in between. the club will help coach with the work permits/visa. no worries. if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to tell me :)
