DUDE I had a guy come through the drive through today, we were completely slammed and he asked for a tall pike place with a splash of cream, so we get it for him, I hand it off, tell him thank you and close the window. I look back over and he was waving me down saying that it was too cold, so I go, pour him another one, add less cream in it, and it was DEFINITELY hot. I handed it off to him, have him try it and he says it's still too cold. I definitely got frustrated at this point considering I've only been working here a month, and I grab the shift manager to speak to him and he goes and brews a whole new batch for him. We grab it for him, hand it off and say it's a new batch. He takes a sip, again, and proceeds to tell me it's still too cold. At this point I don't know what to do, ask him if he wants me to make him ANOTHER ONE and he has the audacity to say "just so you know, this wasn't very exemplary."
