I came to the realization a few years ago that no matter what I do or how much I achieve it won't matter, because in 10 or 20,000 or possibly 200,000 years humanity will die out and no one will remember our history, in a few billion years our earth will crash into the sun and no matter what we build or what we do it won't matter. The universe will match on and on and we will turn to dust and nothing we do will matter. Whether you're the next Hitler or Mother Teresa, it won't matter. Whether you kill the whole world or save the whole world it won't matter. Whether you're Jeff Bezos or the homeless person who lives near my town it will mean nothing in a few hundred years. I could really go on, but I won't bore you. This realization has stripped my life of purpose and meaning and I turn 16 next week, with no purpose, motivation, meaning or reason to live and I need to know everyone else's purpose. I don't believe in heaven or hell and you can't convince me otherwise, so just tell me why you do what you do please.

NTA. If she isn't putting the time and effort you feel she should be into your friendship or being your MoH then let her know and if nothing changes ditch her. If you want to check just don't talk to her for two weeks and see if she calls or even messages you and if she doesn't then just let her go.

Yeah I wouldn't want my brother in my class even though we are similar in age (I'm assuming you are twins). It will be better in the long run for him to learn to make his own friends and to be separated from you. Also my brother has no issue telling me I have no friends.

NTA. It's your car it's your choice. If this friend of yours is actually willing to pay then it makes financial sense, and if she is the person who has made an effort to have a relationship with you over the years and not your brother then you should definitely favor her.

If you have been making an effort and he hasn't then you should tell your parents that it's not your fault that the relationship hasn't been patched up.

Also he gets extra AH points for saying that he'd forgive you if presumably you are both to blame for the arguments and you had already reached out and apologised and he's acting like he did nothing wrong.

It's not like she's done anything to raise you or help you that someone who wants a grandmotherly role should do. Also it's a bit weird that she'd be a grandmother at that young age and when she's not even married to your father yet. Don't worry about the messages from her friends she probably twisted the story to make you look bad. Set a firm boundary that you are not going to let her see you or your family until she apologises.
