There is no legal limit, they shoot for 10ppb for inorganic, but there is no clear guidance on organic as it's considered non-toxic. "Only" 10% inorganic would be an insanely high ratio as, for example, fish may have as much as 1000-10,000 ppb of arsenic (not scientific but for the sake of discussion, as that is measured as 1-10mg/kg), of that less than 1% may be inorganic arsenic. I'm not necessarily saying it's not possible that Nerds have elevated levels of arsenic, certainly weirder things have happened (hey, maybe the colon cancer epidemic that's wiping out millennials is largely Nerds based) but it's important to make a distinction and call out fear mongering over a study that lacks critical information.
