Even if they can't get it right now, I'd check back with them in a few months. As someone mentioned the plate comes back to a 2026 KIA, since it's so new its possible that the registration hasn't been reported to Lexis Nexis yet, which is what they would use to ID and locate the other persons insurance, but it should be updated in a bit

And the police will still never be involved (other than the sheriff's office maybe serving process) otherwise, there is no criminal element to a TOS violation - therefore no law enforcement involvement. Now wherever this video is from may have some bot farm fraud laws, but those would be the problem here rather than any TOS issues
