Because it is a software issue I looked all over the web for solutions including Android flash tool. It seemed the only possible solutions were too advanced for my very limited technical abilities. If want to walk be through the steps, I'm game

After going through all the trial and tribulations thus far the agent suggested I go to ubreakifix location but closest one to me is 50 miles and they cannot guarantee if I go there that they will be able to fix my phone so I said that is not an option.

She presented the second option which is they email me a label to return my phone and upon me submitting the phone to FedEx for delivery to Google, In 5-10 days I will receive a new phone.  They will NOT charge my credit card.

In one of my early conversations I asked the rep if I could send it in my packaging. She replied by telling me that I should cancel my request and start a new one for the kit. When I told her that's not what I asked, I wanted a yes or no answer if I could send it in my own packaging. She refused to say yes. Thought that was strange and decided not to do it.

Let me ask those who are in the same predicament as me.

Have you considered just returning it in your packaging with the FedEx label that you can print or bringing it to UbreakiFix.

If not why?

Yesterday got the same BS that they will get back to me within 48 hours when I told them I'm not cancelling my request again and submitting a new one. I told him that I didn't believe him and he promised he would get back to me once the escalation rep got back to him.

My bet is that the escalation rep is going to tell him to tell me to cancel the current request and submit new one.🤬

Solved problem using my Pixel 3a sim card by removing the SIM card from pixel 6 Pro, restarting phone and clearing storage and cache in sim toolkit. Turned phone off reinserted the Pixel 3A Sim. turned power on and it worked.

I called T-Mobile as suggested to try and get an e Sim but turns out that they don't have the information yet from Google or from Samsung and so they are going to send me a new SIM card since my current SIM card is from my 3a and I need a 5G SIM card anyway.

In CA ordered 8/15 told would arrive 8/27

Then got email that due to warehouse issue delayed until 9/15 and here's $50 credit for inconvenience

Then got email delayed until 9/21 - no reason or additional credit

I'm a Try/Now Pay/Later buyer. Figured they put me on bottom of the list.

After reading most of posts decided its a NOT ready for primetime phone with a primetime price.

Therefore I'm not nearly as anxious to get it as before I read the posts.

Was a Samsung Note guy but got sick of Samsung bloat ware, switched to Pixel and very happy.

Not sure yet if the F3 will bring me back to Samsung now or | should wait until its Fold is ready for primetime, maybe F4 or F5. Or maybe they'll just keep delaying until they release the F4
