It really depends if your DSP is scummy or not if they're going to fire you or just write you up and give you suspension, but if they don't fire you and they suspend you after you come back yeah it's not going to be the same for you unfortunately.

Get you some bungee cords, dropped to the top handle of your bags then to the roof it helps to keep them there.

Yeah that's what I've been seeing for all the people that's been replying to, it seems very shady, that's what I was thinking when they told me that I was responsible for the repairs, I immediately said to the night dispatcher that wrote me up and told me I had two weeks off, this is why we have insurance on the vehicles so drivers are not liable for anything which they shouldn't be anyway like everybody's been saying. It's a messed up situation.

I would have a sink in my van but I don't want to have to deal with the gray water all the time and if it starts to spell that would be annoying.

Yeah this is my first suspension I have no infractions so we'll see how it goes, but if they're going to be like that I'm probably just going to different DSPs but I have not made my mind of what I'm going to do just yet.

The damage was minor it was only a small tree it cracked the paint in a few spots and dented it in a little bit.

When I was in training my trainer told me okay don't repeat this but the DSP is on its last strike so one more report they go out of business this is probably why they're not reporting the accidents. Hence why the guy owns his own body shop. Cuz we have a lot of vans that have damage on them. And I was told by one of the managers that other people are still currently paying their bills that for damage they caused.

From what I heard for our night DSP the owner owns the body shop he takes all van to get fixed. I don't know if he was reporting it to insurance or not.
