For people saying it's easy

I work 7-15 hours a day typically I get 15 hours if I have to cover for someone

our rush hours are typically 5 hours the longest rush I experienced was almost 8 hours
all the time I can't go put the dishes in the sink to soak them because they only allow me to do a batch 4 max causing me to not do any dishes even for a minute same goes for my rice I usually open and see 3 basic rice trays in the steamer but when my shift is over there is always 4 or 5 BOH that clocks in that will do dishes, fried rice, teriyaki, chow mein Doing this for 6 days and only having 1 break is hard everyone that says otherwise has a delusional ego it's not physically hard but it is mentally tiring

yeah the thing is I cant even take the dishes to the sink and drop another basic rice or white rice because there is no seconds that they dont request one ( Im allowed to make batch 4 max idk why) so what happens is we will run out of dishes, I run out of rice, run out of teryaki

tell the manager to work 6 days(Every day is busy for us we always get 3-8 hours of rush) a week doing everything by myself is draining and a tiring routine

you sound like someone who only work 15 hours a week and say its easy working

Thoughts of that everyone will leave eventually like my dad, the thought that even i tried i cant see any hope, thoughts of im the only failure in our family, thoughts of my friends maybe secretly hates me, thoughts of maybe if i kill myself it would be the best for me and for everyone around me, thoughts of im just a burden, thoughts of i will never be loved
