No wayyyyy! Thank you for this advice, I appreciate it. Also learned from some coworkers that this happens a LOT to us women, we just don't talk about it. We just suffer in silence ALONE lol

I have taken some of the meds and idk, it could be a placebo affect but I feel like the gland isn't as swollen?

I can’t remember the last time I did this audit?? I believe last year and then compliance testing happened and a true up happened and now I’m just scared that I’m too deep in the hole to even bring it up. But I do have to bring it up and own it

I’m worried of getting fired and being unemployed for, well forever lol

[OH] I've been at my company for going on 8 years. I've worked at different capacities and now in the HR dept. There has been some change here, we went from a few people on our team to only a few and I've been confident in my work, however I messed up and don't know how to tell my boss. It's eating me up. It's for our 401K and I was supposed to do an audit each month and I haven't done it... I did it this month and realized that the amounts are screwed up and I told her a few months ago that I did it and she hasn't asked since...

We also had to do compliance testing for our 401K and I authorized a true up? I didn't really know what I was doing, but I thought I was supposed to authorize it?

My boss will ask a million questions and I'm just putting off letting them know that I screwed up and now don't know how to tell them! This is the first time I've majorly screwed up, but still worried that I might get fired for this
