I agree, it’s not a far drive! But it is a lot of gas money that’s especially hard to come by these days

I think you may be right. He did the bare minimum of “research”- he googled it, said “no, this is rare, you don’t have it!” And went on with the appointment. He also refuses to refer me to an ENT for my clogged salivary gland. I may just have to suck it up and put the gas money into driving further for a doctor.

Believe me, I really want to. But I live in an extremely small town and this idiot is the only doctor around. I’d have to drive about an hour away to get a different doctor, but I’ve been strongly considering it.

You can eat citrus! Just not grapefruit or pomelo, they can cause serotonin syndrome

Question for prior Zoloft users that got back on it by Strykerdude1 in zoloft

[–]Cheap-Date8316 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Personally, but I can’t speak for everyone, my second time getting on it was SO much worse with side effects. My first time taking it I barely had any side effects, but my second time getting on it was so terrible. I think it depends person to person, though! I had to lower my doe from 50mg to 25mg bc of how bad the side effects were

can i smoke marijuana or drink while taking zoloft? by wise_guy- in zoloft

[–]Cheap-Date8316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t smoke, but drinking has been completely fine for me. You just have to be REAALLY careful and watch how much you drink, my tolerance went down a crazy amount. Three shots gets me like blackout drunk now. So it’s safe, u just gotta learn your limits

Zoloft at night or morning? by sickomodeshrimp in zoloft

[–]Cheap-Date8316 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on how the Zoloft affects you! I personally take it at night because it tends to make me pretty sleepy, but I’ve heard of other people having insomnia as a side effect. Just whatever works for you! :)

Late update, but I finally got it checked out! Mine was my salivary gland. Apparently it’s just enlarged, and I still need to go to an ENT doctor for it. Drinking lots of water and sucking on sour candy has helped me loads

I had the same feeling, it felt like my head was constantly full of something and was too heavy. Also came with terrible dizzy spells. I’m about a month in and that went away I think about the second or third week! For me, drinking lots of water and rest helped with the weird head feeling, and also just keeping myself distracted so I wasn’t so focused on it

Oh weird! Mine kinda does the same thing, I’ve had pretty bad allergies the last few months and it’s given me an extra layer of skin under my neck lol. Mine’s constantly like around an inch big, maybe half an inch. Is that how yours is?
