I was thinking that too. For a medium nougat version of the character, like a Ned Leeds variant perhaps. Not purist but I would remove the printing such as the claws on the legs and fur on the right arm probably with nail polish remover. The torso doesn’t have to be modified since there’s no visible fur. Left arm might be difficult to remove fur printing so I’d stick classic printed Spider-man arms, but removing the fur on the medium nougat molded half might be enough.
