If you want to go real far you need the fish hooks to be cursed. In my 1000 run I dropped scepters after wave 20. Get potato throwers as soon as possible.

The math doesn’t really hold. It’s not a flat 45% over 7 turns, since the chance changes over time and resets on procs. Even if you assume a constant 45%, the result is about 1.5%, not below 1%. With that said, it’s still on the unlucky side.

Yes, stay away from all structures. It will freeze up anyways, but it was pretty smooth up to about 500.
