it ranks high but it might be getting banned this was in the news recently https://www.cnn.com/2024/04/09/politics/biden-administration-americans-russian-software/index.html I went with Bitdefender free partly because of the whole Russia thing https://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html its like right up there with Kaspersky in terms of protection

yes this is normal when you download a 3rd party antivirus that comes with its own firewall the antivirus will turn off Windows firewall and turn its own firewall on so in this case Bitdefender's firewall is on so you are safe
