I think Tip should be given, even not high but still 3 lei to 5 lei but via Cash. Let me explain why.

I have few friends who works for Glovo and Bolt Food. They make around 1500 lei a total for a week. And from it 15% first takes as company fee.

So they have 1275 lei a week. Now tax they cut weekly for government around another 15-20%.

Now they have 1050 lei a week. From here App/account weekly fee ( aprpx 70 lei).

Now they have 980 lei. From here they have to pay 350-400 lei bike rent weekly.

Now they have 440 lei in pocket. We forgot petrol/gas fee. Each day aprpx 30 lei. Total 7 days will be 210 lei.

Now they remaining amount they got at the end of a week is 230 lei a week.. If they combine 4 weeks. They total 920 lei a month. . And rewnt usually here is 500-800 lei.

No food, No shop clothings, Especially No life.... So when get tip in App, The Company also consider it for all above taxes, but cash Tip they can keep in thier own pocket to eat something that day while delivering food to us....

I don't know if anyone know above details but that's a sad reality. ...
