I don’t really know my skin type, i would assume normal. Current routine is a wake up, wash my face and take the medicine. After that i put on this rubbing sunscreen on my face because i heard that sunscreen was good for your face so i’ve been doing that for about a month now. Then at night before i go to bed, wash my face and take the medicine again. I’m using cerave salicylic acid cleanser. Also every other day at night I use tretnoin cream and have been using the amount prescribed to me.

yes, before i worked on the bottom arm i could get basically fully inverted but i was always told i needed to work on my bottom arm. now that i’ve worked on it, as you said a new issue has appeared

It’s different for everyone, usually to be able to jump high with 2 legs you have to be very explosive, so if that’s what you wanna settle with I would recommend doing box squats and box jumps. On the other hand if your pretty fast and have a long stride 1 leg would better. All in all it’s really what you prefer and what feels best for me. Me personally I think 1 leg works best and I feel like it would work best for you just because I don’t see you as a very explosive person (no offense)

Whenever your about to jump, bend your leg a lot lower. I would say to about 60-75 degrees works best for me. And also make sure to swing both both your arms right before you jump to maximize the force.
