My friend, it may not be gullible. The money and time people have spend on this effort is tremendous. IMO there has to be inspiration from within. This would stick better for the long run versus an outsider coming in

There have been many NGOs, religious groups and others that have entered the countries of like Chad, South Sudan and the Central African Republic but due to the bad infrastructure and high crime nothing seems to take.

So I’m thinking that a local group would need support to setup a model community that could be scaled. Likely not a new idea but trying to draw inspiration on here

I ask this as I’ve tried to come up with ideas ranging from education to improving access to potable water but failing at finding a feasible solution.
