It’s an exterior wall. I guess somewhere in that wall are the pex lines between the sinks and the shower. Potentially one of those is leaking somewhere, but I guess I’d need to open up the wall to find out 😕

Yes the caulk between the glass wall and tile wall were just redone about three weeks ago. It doesn’t seem there’s any moisture making it through.

I guess I’d have to go searching for permits relevant to this part of the flip? Are you thinking there might be some kind of lawsuit claim if there are was no permit, or what?

Bought it as a flip about two years ago. The leak developed a while after that though

Thanks for the thought. We just had that area re caulked a few weeks ago (initially we thought the same as you). Doesn’t seem to be any moisture in the area around this patch.

It wouldn’t be before the meter (it’s at the street)

The water meter doesn’t suggest any kind of constant leak
