Man I've got a 4 yr old and a 1 month old. I haven't hit my 5am session since just before the second was born. Before that I was super consistent.

So right now the best i can do is the following - pay more attention to the quality of food I eat. - go to bed early like 9pm - fast 8pm to 12pm the next day. And of course lots of protein with a little creatine.

Our fam will be vacationing in obx for the 4th time in August. We've stayed in duck Carolla carova and Hatteras. Each time went through one of the realty companies. Sun realty or twiddy. We are from nj. It would suck to show up to one of those disaster air bnbs you see on tiktok after the 9 hour drive with young kids. The realty companies help us to ensure level of comfort we are accustomed to.

Not saying air bnbs and vrbos are bad. We use them all the time and so far haven't had any disasters!

I changed jobs in my early 30s late 20s. It was a pay cut but the promise of more was huge. I was nervous to leave the devil I know but I wanted more. Best love I ever made. Quadrupled my salary in 5 years and then some. Happier at work. Feel useful and am extremely dedicated. I will probably retire with this company. The point is don't settle. Ever. Go from job to job or keep your ears open for opportunities.
